Larry said a while back that APH would provide whatever size CF card was 
economically practical at the time a unit shipped, so as CF card prices 
decrease, you'll probably find them shipping larger capacity cards.

I got mine in June, and it did come with the 256MB card, but by the time I
had my BP I had already purchased a 1-gig card, so I promptly swapped the
256MB out and, apparently, misplaced it. Now I'm at 4 gigs.
