I got a set from Radio shack as well however mine are more expensive = since I wanted very good quality. They require a AC outlet and have the = simulated surround sound which makes the audible books with music sound great. = They cost around $80 but they were worth it, and if I remember correctly they were on sale at that time. =20 =20 Dave Cunningham (412) 257-8153 Home (412) 215-4597 Cell dcj638586@xxxxxxxxxxx Email address used for MSN. =20 All incoming and outgoing email scanned by Norton Anti-virus 2004 -----Original Message----- From: bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx = [mailto:bookport-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Marlaina Lieberg Sent: Monday, July 26, 2004 1:48 PM To: bookport@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bookport] Re: External speaker for use with the Bookport Radio Shack makes 2 very nice folding speakers, one set is about ten = dollars the other about twenty. The smaller set, the ten dollar set, are really quite portable and sound just fine. I like them best for they are light weight.
