[bookport] Error Message

Hello,
I have transferred many books from Recording for the blind and Dyslexic to
the Bookpoart with no problems. When I tried to transfer a portion of one
recently, I received an error when I tried to play it on the bookport.
When I pressed the play button on the Bookport, the message said, "Can't
open file. Data file IO error." Needless to say, it didn't play. What
does this error mean? Is the problem with the Bookport software, hardware,
or with the RFB book file itself. If it is with the RFB&D book file, is
this usually an issue with the CD or the master file?
