Hi list:

There is an introductory offer from Audible for new book port owners, which is actually more advantageous than Bookshare for customers outside the United States, even though Audible doesn't have full distribution rights to all their titles, they aren't as restricted as Bookshare.

Cheers,
Dave

There is no Book Port discount for Bookshare users. The primary differences
are two, although there are certainly more: (1) vastly better, more
user-accessible support, both community and vendor (primarily via this
list); and (2) more formats are handled by the BP. It's also my impression
that APH is vastly more aggressive in terms of producing firmware and
software upgrades than is Springer.

Hello everyone,
What are the differences between Book Port and Book Currier?
Also, does APH offer a purchasing Book Port discount for Bookshare
users, similar to the $40 discount that a few businesses are offering
for Book Currier?
Thanks
