[bookport] Cue Limit

Is there a limit to the number of files the BP Transfer cue will hold, or is
there a size limitation? Having cued the nine volumes I wanted from the
September-October Braille Book Review of the NLS, BP Transfer acted as
though the first three had been sent, then gave an error message for each
subsequent volume that the file could not be found. Afterwards, I discovered
that none of the nine had actually been created on the BP, though the
appropriate BP folder was open.
