The Book Port 2 is already in development and should be released some time this summer. Nothing is set in stone. However, Larry did a show on ACB radio. He did say that it is expected that it will have 2.0 USB and draw it's power from the computer. It will have a rechargeable battery. When it is released, it won't be much different from the present unit.
