Eric, say it ain't so. I've sold my B.P. waiting for the new unit. I
assumed the folks at, APH. would be as far ahead of those at Victor Reader
as they were with version 1.

Well, one is a business and the other... That was part of the reason I went
ahead with the Stream. Not to say I might not want the new BP, too. But,
their behavior with it and the Braille Plus doesn't give any cause for
confidence.

I would agree with this. I have been holding off on buying the Victor
Stream because I really want to see what APH is going to come up with but it
is getting pretty hard to keep from pulling out that old credit card.

The folks at APH. were so sure of a release this summer and some of us
depended on it. I wish they'd offer a little more in the way of an
explanation of why it's not been released or when it might be. I don't
believe they're obligated to but it seems like a good public relations move.
