Eric, this is my point precisely! I sold my unit recently, but only because
I felt the market was as as good as it's going to get for it.

The mistake is not following up with simple: "We've had another glitch (not
necessarily specified)." Anything beyond that is option. But, not saying
anything is unacceptable business, not to speak of good manners.
