Otto: Unfortunately, there's no set number, or no way to answer that, as it will vary, depending on the length of file names, the size of the file, number of files, etc. However, based on Book Ports that I have examined that come back for repair, I'd say 20 or 30. Also, if they are audio files, you'll see this more often. This is bad in general, but it is magnified with a 4gb card. All that is true, however, if you can get your BP to work in the first place. With seemingly no rhyme or reason, the BP will start or not start with the card inserted.
