Actually, I just had a look at this and it seems that of you alter the file extension from DD to txt, you can just view the files in a text file reader . There are probably other things going on, but I was able to access al the etxt in the file. The answer at that time was no. There was no tool for converting from bookcourier format to text. It must be possible with a bit of effort, but it depends how valuable the files are to you.
