[bookcourier] audible files

Hi Folks,
A quick question. I have a customer who when she tries to play
an audible.com file, she gets the following error spoken, "play
application. I/O file error", or something similar to that.
From what she told me, the files were previously working. Does
anyone have any ideas what this means?
