I got an email from BC support informing me that the next release of the
software will have this feature so hold your horses. This will hopefully be
released early next year.

Hi Everyone.
I am receiving the following error when attempting to transfer a folder
structure from my computer to book courier. The error is as follows:
Can't be filtered (folder name) no filter exists for this file type.
I was hoping I could transfer a large number of text files within a nested
folder structure all at once. These are books arranged with each author's
works in separate folders. Can the transfer tool be adapted to make such file
transfer operations possible?
