It happened to me and Katie was supposed to write and tell me what's
happening with that unit. Try another pair of batteries and then try a
reset. If that doesn't work, you may have to send the unit back...

Hi,
Can someone please advise how to get my Courier reading again? All was well
until I changed the batteries. I then heard a sentence or two of something
- not the book I was reading - and then nothing. I've tried everything but
it still won't make a sound.
