[blugs] Getting Column Width

I have yet another question. Is there an easy way to get the width of a
column or height of a row? I have looked through the headers and can't
seem to find a function BLGetColumnWidth to match BLSetColumnWidth. I
am probably pushing Blugs to its limits in my app - using it to loosely
duplicate the finder views (except the column view). The previous
question was about switching between the two views. Screenshots
