The volume is dropping because you are on an object. Once it stops talking
or you press control it will return the volume.
You can turn off dynamic volume in the insert + H menu.

hi.
if i listen to a mp3, and then shift tab or tab forward the controls.
the volume gets very low, and the only way is to tab back to the sources
tree view.
why, am i getting the volume dropping.
any ideas?
what to try to fix this.

ps: is there a windows pc version of the i blink radio.
i had not used itunes for a while, had been mainly using winamp.
