[blindtunesbeta] question about using the auto update feature

Hi,

thanks for putting out the new version of blind tunes to be able to disable the jaws intro message,

can someone please tell me, how do I use the auto update feature?

I looked in the hotkey menu with insert h, and also in the guides menu but couldn't see anything about an auto update option.
