Just to chime in I also have encountered this issue.  Running latest
BlindTunes version, windows 7 pro 32 bit, and latest build of Jaws.

but how can it be that more than one person is having this issue? i myself
have the same problem. the odd thing is i don't see this problem when i
don't have BlindTunes installed.

Maybe deleting or renaming the default files in your ENU profile will help

hi I am running jaws 13 and the latest itunes and up to date blind tunes.

I wonder if anybody else is getting this same problem.

when connecting my ifone 4 and then tabbing around on my computer it says
that a number of things are not checked but when I press the spacebar to
check them it says un checked.

the items are:

open itunes when this phone is connected.

back up to this computer.

convert higher bit rate songs to 128 bit

so I just wondered if anybody gets this and is there a solution when it says
not checked when it is.
