[blindtunesbeta] Release 42 Issue, at least on my computer

Hi! I am happy to say that things certainly are working better for
me now with the iTunes as well as BlindToons updates. John and I
have just spoken, and he has heard my computer do this. If I am in
the Source List and hit Enter, before I am taken to the list of
artists, JAWS says, "Safety has been triggered. John asked me to
post a message to the list to see if anyone else is having this issue. Thanks!
