Were you doing a search or did you just navigate to the page from the sources 
sidebar?
Also, after some time, did you try moving up and down to see if it speaks?

  I'm a bit slow in responding to this, but the iTunes store for me is 
seriously not workable.  I keep hearing "Please wait" and nothing happens.
  Has anyone else had this issue?  I'm using Windows XP Professional, SP3 all 
updates installed and latest JAWS and ITUNES versions installed.

  Yes, it doesn't drop you off on the desktop. You'll have to press windows key 
+ M to actually go to the desktop since the focus issue isn't fixable.

    Hi John,

    I tried doing as you said, but it does not fix the problem. The last thing 
I hear when I leave ITunes is your message thanking for using the scrips. Then 
it takes me to the desktop and says ITunes for that is the last app I had 
launched, but if I try to arrow up, down, left or right, Jaws says nothing. If 
I do alt F4 from my desktop as if I were going to shut down my computer, then 
go to cancel, my desktop comes up reading perfectly.

    Does it completely quit out of iTunes? I notice some strange focus issue 
coming out of iTunes. Perhaps windows key + M will reFocus the desktop?

      Hi John,

      The latest version seems to be working fairly well. However, when I do a 
search in the ITunes Store and then do control shift S, then do alt F4 to exit 
the ITunes App, it will bring me back to my desktop and Jaws will only read the 
option I am currently on when returning to my desktop. If I try to arrow to 
another app on my desktop it does not read anything. Perhaps I am doing 
something wrong? Not sure, but thought I would let you know.

      I am using windows 7 and latest version of Jaws.
