Does it completely quit out of iTunes? I notice some strange focus issue coming 
out of iTunes. Perhaps windows key + M will reFocus the desktop?

  Hi John,

  The latest version seems to be working fairly well. However, when I do a 
search in the ITunes Store and then do control shift S, then do alt F4 to exit 
the ITunes App, it will bring me back to my desktop and Jaws will only read the 
option I am currently on when returning to my desktop. If I try to arrow to 
another app on my desktop it does not read anything. Perhaps I am doing 
something wrong? Not sure, but thought I would let you know.

  I am using windows 7 and latest version of Jaws.
