Windows 8.1 has new security "features" which will interfere with the Audio Driver in RM6 as well as Replay Media Catcher 5 and Replay Radio 9. For all, Secure Boot needs to be turned off in the BIOS in order to pull audio out of programs. I am unsure if this is possible to do using your screen reading programs. Petro's suggestion of using a second USB sound card might get around the issue, but this is not something that we test at Applian. You might need whoever sold you the computer to disable Secure Boot in the BIOS. Jeffrey Wilson Applian Technologies, Inc. Remove everything Replay and start all over again, but I haven’t read anything that reinforces this move. May cause more harm than good on what I said about the plugins. Let us know how it goes. ----- Original Message ----- From: Bob C.<mailto:robert-c@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: blindreplay@xxxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:blindreplay@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, July 04, 2014 2:38 AM Subject: [blindreplay] rm 6 and audio interference by Jaws How can I record with Jaws and RM 6 without getting JAWS along with the audio I'm trying to capture? In earlier versions of Replay Music It didn't matter if I moved around the screen. Replay would not interfere. Now Jaws is picked up with anything I record. I'm using JAWS 15 and RM 6. Isn't there a better way to get a clean recording with Replay Music than having to disable system sounds every time I use the program? And why is it that it worked so much better in older versions? Is it JAWS? Or is it Replay Music that accounts for the problem? ? ________________________________ [http://static.avast.com/emails/avast-mail-stamp.png]<http://www.avast.com/> This email is free from viruses and malware because avast!
