I know timetrax did it so it is possible how I have no idea it did it with the xm pcr and it suposivly does it with the online service but I can't purchase the program cause the business went belly up.

My opinion only. It's not going to split every song for you the way you wish since XM online doesn't have silence between songs it plays on its stations. You need to find stations/streams that have 1-10 seconds of silence when songs are being played. You can try XM and let us know.
