Replay AV 8 has like 4-5 components to it and you must uninstall all these
components via the control panel's add/remove or with Vista's 'programs and
features. Uninstall Replay AV 8, Replay Converter, WinPCat and the others.
Before you start the uninstall process please backup the schedule8 backcup file
which contains all your recording schedules. Restart your computer. Download
the new Replay AV 8 .exe file, make sure you downloaded the whole file and not
just a partial download. Turn off your software based firewall program if you
have one. Run the .exe file. Be patient and let your screen reader talk all the
way and that it has stopped talking before proceeding to the next steps. Let us
know how it goes.
