I recorded the Diane Rehm show yesterday as usual and had an interesting problem crop up. The resulting file was twice the normal size and the playback sound like competing duplicates were recorded one over the other to the detriment of both. In the recordings folder was something like irrad.wav, whatever the usual name for the file in process is, and when the WAV was changed to MP3, the same results were heard. Anyone else encountered this. Using windows XP home SP3 and replay 8.2x I think. The setting was to record through the sound driver and not direct capture. Not a big deal but enough to make me curious if anyone has enjoyed such a result. Ron Denis
