That's the one I was thinking about. Oh well. Let me know if you figure it
out. I tried recording Car Talk last Sunday and all I got was about 1000
10-second files of the introduction.

I see a button that says "is an archive, don't retune automatically, check
box not checked. Is that the one?

Right click your listing and then click properties.

I hadn't changed anything from the default settings. Where do you find
this recording tab. I looked in settings. Didn't see it there. Is that where
I need to look at it?

        Hi.
In the recording tab do you by chance have it set to retune after
silence? Perhaps this is starting all the new files.

In my case, if it were an occasional problem, I wouldn't mind. So
far, it happens on every stream I capture. The file are on avearage a minute
and a half long so that's agrivating.
I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but is anyone using
this enhanced sound card software? Cold that possibly fix the problem? I'
using a screen reader, Jaws 8. Does this enhanced sound card software have any
affect on Jaws? Thanks.

            Hi Tom!
I've occasionally experienced that problem as well. I'm really not
sure what to do in order to fix it. But I'm sure someone will know. I'm so glad
to see you've made it to the list! Have fun!

I'm looking forward to learning more from this list. I just
bought replay av 8 last week after running the demo so successfully. I am
having one problem, if anyone has any advice. My scheduled programs are
recording in many small files. I also doubt it is getting the entire three
hour file. I'm running it on a lap top, which has 1GB of RAM and 100 GB of
hard disc space. When I first schedule the stream I tune to the station to
make sure that there is something there. It plays fine. I'm only having
trouble in the recording of the sream. Any thoughts on this one.
Now comes the, hello. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks.
