Two things:
(10 What is happening in Feb 2009, assuming that there isn't another
delay which could easily occur, only impacts over-the-air tv. As most
folks are using cable or satellite, whatever will change, if anything, is
dependent upon your provider.
So relax; and if you are worried, call your cable company. Chances things
will remain as they have.
So, unless you are using over-the-air channels, this may be much ado about
nothing except to scare you.
And, as old equipment breaks and/or gets replaced, what you will be
purchasing will adapt itself to the newer formats.
