When did you buy that product key for Replay Converter? On your desktop how many Replay Converter shortcut icons do you hear? If you deleted these shortcuts on the desktop then go to control panel's add or remove and see how many Replay Converters are there.
When you install Replay AV 8.52 you will be getting Replay Converter 3.20 included and full working version (not demo) after activating it with the $9.95 purchase and new product key. Do not go and buy the stand alone Replay Converter program.
Leslie about two weeks ago offered a free product key for this upgrade for all blind users on this mailing list. Maybe some of you missed it. I don't believe I misread this. If I did I sincerely apologize to everyone for this error.

Please let me know if you need more assistance for a key. I
contacted Leslie already for you. If the next time you run
Replay AV 8.52 and you don't see the activat product
message go to the help menu with alt+h and then choose the
activate/register option.
