Are you a Windows Eyes user? If yes, can you answer the following question
below.

Have you had an issue registering your product key with Replay Music 5 or
Replay Media Catcher 5?

Because with JAWS the registration screen is invisible. If you haven't been
following along the work around is to do a JAWS left mouse click when the
registration screen pops up and the screen acts normal after this and
enables you to enter the product key and to press on the register button.
