Petro,

To start off with, use the numpad keys without the insert key.

8 is up one line
2 is down one line
4 is left 1 char
6 is right 1 char
5 is read current line
7 is move mouse pointer to top left of window
9 is move mouse to top right of window
1 is move mouse to bottom left
3 is move mouse to bottom right

Adding the insert key to 4 and 6 will move the mouse left and right by word.
The slash key which is above the 8 key does a left click and the star key
which is above the 9 will do a right click.

There are several other key combinations that can give you finer control,
but that should get you started and give you some basic but necessary
navigation with the mouse. Remember that with Window Eyes, the pc cursor
and the mouse cursor are both active. There is no having to switch modes to
operate either of those cursors.

Warmest regards,

Rick Alfaro

Rick
You said with Window-Eyes you use the numpad to control the mouse cursor.
Like insert with 4, or 6, 8, 2 keys? or just use 4, 6, 8, 2 keys to navigate
the mouse cursor around the screen? I want to be sure I do it right. I am on
chapter 3 in WE tutorials. I will learn it eventually.

Thank you.
