[blindreplay] TV tuner cards and web cams

Hi
I have been trying to get Replay to recognize my TV tuner card and Web cam.
I am using Vista, and though both of these devices are working fine under
other aps I cannot find any option to set these up. When I press the option
to use a TV tuner or web cam Replays says I have no such devices attached.
I seem to recall there was an option where you could configure these devices
to show up in Replay, but can not now find it. Any thoughts appreciated.
