When you uninstall make sure you backup the schedule8.dat file in your
C:\Program Files\Replay AV 8\
to another location on your hard drive. It's good to do this.

When you uninstall Replay AV 8 go to control panel's add or remove and
uninstall these components
1. Replay AV 8
2. Replay Converter
3. You Send It Express if you installed it.
4. WinPCat if you installed it.

Then go and uninstall via control panel's add or remove Replay Music versions
that you have.

When you are finish should see no listings for Replay AV, Replay Converter, You
Send It Express, WinPCat, Replay Music in your add or remove area.

If all is gone then reboot your computer. Install the latest version Replay AV
8.52 and Replay Music 3.50. Get your upgrade product key from Leslie for Replay
AV 8.52.

If you still see something then you need to use CCleaner and its spelled with 2
letter C's like this c c l e a n e r.

To learn more about this program go to
http://www.ccleaner.com

I use the slim version of CCleaner. Here's the description to look for
CCleaner v2.14.763 - Slim
- No Toolbar
890KB
Download now

And the website URL to get the download is
http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds

You need to learn how to use this tool first by examining its interface. It
works well with Jaws 9 and 10. I change the settings to my liking. I tell it to
not touch my registry. You use your tab key to navigate its interface. To
remove an application that won't go away via add or remove in Windows XP's
control panel you go to the tools button and go to a listview and arrow to the
application that you cannot remove and press your spacebar to select it and
then tab to a button to remove. It will ask you to confirm this action.
