[blindreplay] Replay Music 3.15 & ctrl r keyboard shortcut

The Ctrl r keyboard shortcut does work as I tested it with JAWS
9. Very nice keyboard shortcut. When recording and you have RM
on top or in focus all you do is press ctrl r to stop the
recording for you. Eliminates having to hear both your screen
reader and the music you are recording and to look for that
"stop recording" button.
I had asked for the ctrl s shortcut to be able to manually split
recordings myself.
