I understood which version you are using. I was using 2.80 for the conversion I mentioned. My first attempt sounded watery, but the second worked well. Hi Jerry Thank you. Just to be sure this was done using Replay Converter 3 beta. Most users are using the RC 2.80 version. The way I do it to convert an audio format to another audio format is: 1. Choose "add files" button. 2. Add the file or files. Standard open dialog box. 3. keep tabbing until you hear the "convert audio" button just to be sure 4. then tab one more time and arrow down to the audio format you want the .m4a file to be like: .mp3 128 kbps 5. Then press alt -c. That is the alt key and letter c. Shortcut to start the conversion job for you. 6. Wait for the success dialog and sound. The converted .mp3 file will appear in the same folder where your .m4a file was. Were you able to convert that .m4a file? I never tried to convert an .m4a file here. --- "G.W.
