[blindreplay] Replay Converter 3 beta 8-13-2008 release version

This version has added the "Convert Using Replay Converter" option in your
context menu popup list. This means you can do a right click (application
keyboard key) on a file and choose Convert Using Replay Converter and the file
has already been added for you to the listbox view of RC 3 and RC 3 will come
up running. At this time this is only available with RC 3 stand alone version.
