If anyone is still following this. The station was added by Tom at Applian to the Replay Media Guide for the Israeli user.
I have plans to buy both a Netbook and MacBook Pro by September so will be busy. Needs to listen to some podcasts on Mac VoiceOver speech.

The user was able to get Replay AV 8 to record using via audio output method so my brain now tells me Norton isn't blocking that part but if they tries something new like URL Finder it may pop up a warning. That's when its good 
to have a sighted person around to tell you what the hidden keyboard
shortcut is like alt+a for allow. So it turns out that the original link was 
only for audio output recording and stream capture was not possible.

Petro,

I was talking to the guys on Computer Talk today about this issue.
They wonder of the Norton defaults may be causing the firewall to
block Replay from recording the stream.  Perhaps the person may need
to get someone to allow the site.

See if you can stream capture this stream with Replay AV for a user I
helped today in Israel.

Was told cannot stream capture the above link. Can you?

Workaround was to use audio output method. Which does work.

User uses Norton Internet Security. Maybe blocking some parts of
Replay AV



I told user. This Norton product is inaccessible. I know Norton does
block



all programs when they are first installed and the user needs to
permit/allow when it attempts to block.

If no help will ask Tom at Applian to create a working stream capture
type
