I'm not Petro, but I'd spit a recording of three or four hours into managible hour-long files.

Petro,

Just curious as to what your reasoning be for wanting to split an XM stream?
Is it strictly for manageability? Splitting would be more useful if you
could use it for creating tracks of each song, but this would be impossible
with something like XM or Sirius because everything is cross faded.

Response from Applian Technologies:

I just wanted to let you know I'm posting Replay A/V 8.41 which
re-enables
Splitting for Sirius and XM stream captures.

The splits when doing Stream Capture are not exact though, just
so you know.
