[blindreplay] RAV as a podcatcher?

Hi,
I use RAV 8.14. I notice that in the settings and in the context menu which
pops up when you right click on any recordings there are mentions of
podcasts. Does this mean we can use RAV as a podcatcher? What is it
capable of doing?
