I believe it is a known issue. I will check for you as soon as I
find out from Applian. There's no way to test every conversion
type by myself here.
I will post the replay if any on this list.
Does Replay Converter convert .rm to .mp3?
I don't have any .rm files here but you can do it.
Close RAV 8 program.
On your desktop you should have Replay Converter icon. If not,
go to Start menu, All Porgrams, Replay AV, then Replay
Converter.
Run Replay Converter.
See if you can convert the .rm file to .mp3 with RC.
Before you do the above see if you can playback the .rm file on
your computer. This way you know the file is still good.
