Radiotime urls are java encoded so not really copyable.
However, The replay url finder can often uncover workable urls when the
RadioTime stream is played.
Unfortunately, this isn't the case with KOA using the RadioTime feed.
KOA, being a Clear Channel family station, follows that family's url
structure most likely.
I'll dig that info out later today and post.
Basically, using that extension and knowing the main root url for a given
station, if a CC-family station streams, it's easy to construct its stream
url.
And that's how the database keepers at Replay AV and Radiotime probably
dig up things.
Remember the discussion a week or 2 ago related to CBS family stations?
