[blindreplay] Freecorder Toolbar 3 bug?

For those using the freecorder Toolbar 3 try changing the
settings to the 224 rate in the mp3 output and see if it records
for you. It does not record for me. I record at the 32 rate
here. If you find other bugs please report to Applian and to
this list so we will all know.
