Each of the short segments would be a continuationof the longer previous program, had I scheduled it to record for an additional minute.

HI Pam,

Actually, your response was interesting, and I have experience  with
recording both audio and video from broadcast sources.

But, that isn't the problem I tried to describe. I'm talking about how
Replay saves a second file, which is about a minute long after recording the show. So, I end up with two files. Yes, I know I can just delete these extra files, but is there anything I can do to make sure they don't show up in the
first place?
