Hi all -
Yep the progress indicator would be great.  We have asked the developer for 
that - I am hoping it will be in the next version but he hasn't said for sure.

The progress indicator Robin is referring to you is when the
conversion starts with Replay Converter we get a pop up message
or dialog box during the conversion job but we hear no progress
percentages bar like 3%, 8%, 30%... until we reach the end at
100% and then the beep sound comes when the job is done. See if
this can be put in the "title" bar of the dialog box at the top
or at the bottom at the status bar or better yet label this
progress bar to read automatically for us.

This eliminates having to sit in front of the computer and using
the JAWS cursor to find the percentages done and to do another
task in the room.
