[blindreplay] Re: CAP Extension

The CAP extension is a temporary file Replay creates while recording.
Sometimes, these files don't get recorded correctly or are missing
some data and remain as CAP files.

If you change the name from WGN.cap to WGN.mp3, for example, they will
often play.
