To set it up there are many ways:
Go to RECORD menu with ALT+R. Arrow up until you hear "record
from tv tuner - web cam". Press ENTER on this option.
You will get the famous properties dialog box.
Check the RECORDING tab/page settings to add the web cam device.
It should find the device automatically for you but be sure it
detected the device.
I use the webcam here for Skype also. For sighted users there is
a link for show video screen in full mode. Do you know the Skype
shortcut for full screen mode for the webcam picture.
