Thirteen year-old blind student Chen Zhe poses at the Wuhan School for the 
Blind October 26, 2007 in Wuhan of Hubei Province, China. The school is one of 
the earliest in the country built to provide education for blind children. 
Currently 130 students are enrolled, 80 of which are children. 

According to the results of the Second China National Sample Survey on 
Disability from December, 2006, 12.33 million people are visually impaired in
