This is likely to be a colour tracking issue. On reflection, what you
should have done really was to keep your old itunes.jcf file which was
working correctly and used that, but never mind.
One other thing which will affect things is whether your screen resolution
is set to 800 by 600.
What I suggest is that you set your screen resolution to 800 by 600, then
delete itunes.jcf from both personalised settings and all users of the jaws
version you are running, then manually re-train the colours using the step
by step guide as provided in the manual rather than the automatic method.
This manual process is pretty much a guaranteed method of getting it all
working. The only exceptions I have seen in that regard is where
Window-Eyes has been installed first, or if there are video card
compatibility problems between jaws and the video.
I hope that helps.

Subject: [blindipod] problems with new iTunes scripts
Hi I installed the new scripts a couple of days ago but I'm having a few
problems. I open iTunes and go to the library when I tab to where the edit
field is to key in a search I just hear 'source list' JFW announces 'source
list' as I keep tabbing and when I down arrow from the library Jaws says
nothing. When I refresh the screen JFW reads out my serial number and
retraining the colours does nothing. I've tried deleting and re-installing
the scripts but its still the same.any suggestions?...cheers
