[blindipod] n urgent plea for help!

Hi List, And Brian in particular,

I have a major problem! I installed the Itunes software, and the Interface, but didn't have a chance to get everything set up. I turned on the PC this morning, and JAWS isn't speaking to me. Except at the very last, when I've told windows to shut down, and suddently it announces that Jaws for Windows is ready, only by then the PC is shutting down. I do not have any sighted assistance. Is there something I can do, besides sending it to some PC hospital? I tried to ring you, Brian, but the call won't go through. Can you help, please?
