Ok, so now i'm trying to use voicebox.ta to create mp3 clips so that my
directory names will be spoken in whole words. I'm trying to change the
computer's default voice so that voicebox won't record horrible microsoft
Sam. I type control speech into the run command prompt of windows. I select
the speech property sheet, and i've got 7 voices, some from microsoft, some
from LH and 2 Neospeech ones. I'm trying to use a neospeech voice, but, when
I click apply or OK, I get this error message.
RUNDLL
an exception occurred when trying to run shell32.dll,control_runDLL
""C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft share\speech\sapi5.cpl"
Any ideas? By the way, the neospeech was a bundle that came with Kurzweil. I
don't know if this makes any difference?
