try the following:
1: while in eudora, press alt plus h for the help menu
2: press r for payment and registration menu
3: tab once and press the spacebar to check that box
4: tab to o.k and press enter. if you have your registration information
in, this should fix it for you. when press r in the second step, you
should hear your name and registration code. if not, you will need to
re-enter it in to the boxes provided.
