Hi, Jennifer:
Perhaps this will help with your header problem.

Go to Tools and Options and hit the home key to get to gettingstarted. Arrow down to Display and to Reviewing Mail and if either ofthese two items is checked, uncheck them.

This resolved the problem on both of my computers.
